2021 Speakers

Jenni Catron is a leadership coach, author and speaker. Her passion is to lead well and to inspire, equip and encourage others to do the same. She speaks at conferences and churches nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently in the different spheres of influence God has granted them. As Founder and CEO of The 4Sight Group, she consults organizations on leadership, team culture and organizational health.

Jenni is the author of several books including Clout: Discover and Unleash Your God-Given Influence and The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership. She loves a fabulous cup of tea, great books, learning the game of tennis and hiking with her husband.  Jenni can be found on social media at @jennicatron and at www.get4sight.com.

Steve Carter is a pastor, speaker, author of The Thing Beneath The Thing, podcast host, and the former lead teaching pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago. He hosts the Craft & Character podcast where he helps people get better at the art of communication while ensuring their character always leads the way. His desire is to bring Jesus into every conversation and space he occupies.

Steve also co-hosts one of the top sports podcasts, The Home Team Podcast, with NFL players Trey Burton and Sam Acho, which unpacks the intersection between faith, culture, sports, and family. Steve lives in Phoenix with his wife Sarah and their two kids.

Wayne Francis is the lead pastor of The Life Church – New York, based in Westchester County NY [a suburb of NYC] a location of The Life Church in Tennessee founded, with national and international locations, led by Senior Pastors John + Leslie Siebeling. He is the co-author of the forthcoming book, Black Fist White Knuckles: An Open Handed Conversation About Race, being published by Harper Collins and co-host of a monthly podcast called, Leadership in Black and White.

He’s been married to his wife Claudene for 21 years who he always calls “Classy” and has two beautiful teenage daughters. He’s a cyclist but is most proud of being in his mid-forties and still able to drop it like it’s hot on any dance floor.

Tyler Reagin is the founder and CEO of The Life Giving Company (lifegiving.co). He is the author of The Life-Giving Leader (Oct 2018) and Leading Things You Didn’t Start which launched March 2, 2021. He was the President of Catalyst, a leadership development organization that exists to unify and equip leaders who love the Church through resources and experiential events.

Prior to leading the charge at Catalyst, Tyler served for seven years under the leadership of Andy Stanley as the Service Programming Director of Browns Bridge Community Church (a campus of North Point Ministries). He received his Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and serves as a leadership coach for teams and organizations.
